At MapExtractor.com, we aim to ensure our users are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.

1. No Refund After Activation

Once your activation code is provided and the software is successfully activated, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Activation is manual and final.

2. Refunds for Non-Functioning Software

If the software does not work as intended on your system, you may be eligible for a refund. However, you must first contact our support team at info@mapextractor.com to troubleshoot the issue.

3. Software Updates & Improvements

We are continuously working to improve our software. In rare cases, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours while updates are applied to fix bugs or compatibility issues.
During this update period, refunds will not be issued.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  • Contact us at info@mapextractor.com within 3 days of purchase
  • Provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots or error messages)
  • Allow our team to attempt to resolve the issue first

If we are unable to resolve the problem and the tool remains non-functional, a refund will be processed.
